The brand identity I created for Jeannie Rogers was unlike any I’ve created in the past. Most real estate agencies have restrictions on how their agents can market themselves, causing agents to use their agencies stock marketing collateral. That wasn’t good enough for Jeannie. She wanted to create a brand identity for herself that would speak to her clients and comply with Coldwell Banker’s restrictions. Jeannie is a huge animal lover and many of her clients know her for her animal advocacy and equestrianism. To incorporate this in her branding, the yellow dog silhouette from Coldwell Banker’s “Homes for Dog Project” is paired with a mix of Coldwell Banker branding and complementary fonts and color options.
